The air is fresh and cool from the winds blowing off the peak. The sun is amazingly warm and welcome at this time.
It’s time to grab your camera and make a dash for a game drive to capture that iconic safari picture of an authentic African safari – an elephant herd grazing with the Mt Kilimanjaro in the background. You rush into the park for a game drive after breakfast and take all the pictures of the mountain which most clear in the early morning hours.
You will see the cheetahs, giraffes, leopards, lions, and hyenas by the dozen, wildebeests, buffalos, hippos, gazelles, impalas, zebras, jackals, baboons, hartebeests and many other animals.
